“I am writing to express my gratitude for all the care and assistance given to my Mother NG when it was needed. My mother was reluctant at first and didn’t like the idea of strangers coming into her home and having to have a visit by someone wanting to ask her questions about her care. So when Mohammed first visited her facial expression was not friendly and welcoming. I would also like to also say a big thank you to Samina. I liaised with her a number of times she too was very professional and friendly and gave great support when my Mum told her she still wanted to try and be independent. Her care is outstanding. Mum also said that all the ladies who came each week to see her were wonderful, so again a big thank you to them. Kindest Regards”
