CQC report for Personalized Care Services

We were awarded Good in being Effective, being Caring and for being Responsive, being Safe and being Well-Led. 

Evidently from our overall Good rating our senior officers are dedicated and committed to delivering a personalised quality services for all our service users. It should be noted that the Care Quality Commission have endorsed the service by stating that they found no evidence that people had been harmed.  Inspectors found that even under this pressure of Covid, staff remained professional and compassionate, treating the people who use our services with respect and consideration.

Feedback in the report was overall positive where people and relatives told the CQC our staff were caring and treated people kindly. One relative said, “The carers are very kind and caring to [my relative] and they communicate well with him as he has dementia.” Another told the CQC, ” We really needed help at this stage and the carers were absolutely brilliant and the manager was great as well, even if they only assisted us for a few days.”

The CQC said, one of our staff found they demonstrated caring values and provided people with high quality and personalised care. One staff member told us ” [person] never went out before we supported them, now we go out every week with [person]. He loves going to the park and getting out.” The CQC found that staff had formed genuine relationships with people and their relatives.
